George Knapp

Investigative Journalist / UAP Research Pioneer

WhistleblowersScientific Research

Las Vegas investigative journalist who has been at the center of UAP disclosure for over 35 years. In 1989, Knapp was the reporter who first put Bob Lazar on television, breaking the Area 51/S-4 story that introduced reverse-engineering claims to the public. He co-authored 'Hunt for the Skinwalker' (2005) with Colm Kelleher, documenting the paranormal phenomena at Skinwalker Ranch that led directly to the Pentagon's AAWSAP program. Knapp was instrumental in connecting Robert Bigelow with Senator Harry Reid, which resulted in the $22 million AAWSAP/AATIP funding. He was a regular guest and fill-in host on Art Bell's Coast to Coast AM, which served as the primary pipeline for UAP evidence in the 1990s — including the 'Victor' alien interview footage and Art's Parts metamaterials. Knapp has won multiple Peabody and Emmy Awards for his investigative journalism. He co-hosts the podcast 'Weaponized' with Jeremy Corbell. More than any other journalist, Knapp connects the key nodes: Lazar to Area 51, Bigelow to Skinwalker Ranch, Reid to Pentagon funding, and Corbell to modern disclosure media. He is the through-line.
