CIA Gateway Process — Consciousness & Spacetime (1983)

In 1983, US Army Lt. Col. Wayne McDonnell wrote a 29-page classified report for the CIA titled 'Analysis and Assessment of the Gateway Process.' The report concluded that human consciousness can transcend spacetime through specific techniques (Hemi-Sync audio technology). It describes the universe as a holographic system of interacting energy fields where consciousness is a vibrational pattern that can be tuned to access information across dimensions. The report references 'Focus Levels' 12-21 as stages of consciousness expansion enabling out-of-body states and interdimensional access. Declassified in 2003. The document went viral on social media in the 2020s as people connected it to UAP phenomena — if the CIA concluded consciousness can access other dimensions, and UAP appear to operate interdimensionally, the implication is that consciousness and UAP may interact through the same underlying physics. This is the US government's own research saying the barrier between dimensions is navigable by the human mind.
