William Cooper
Former Naval Intelligence Officer, Author of Behold a Pale Horse
Milton William Cooper served in the United States Navy from 1965 to 1975, including tours in Vietnam. During his service, he held a Top Secret clearance and worked in Naval Intelligence, where he claims to have seen classified documents describing government contact with extraterrestrial beings, recovered craft, and a secret treaty signed in 1954. In 1991, Cooper published 'Behold a Pale Horse,' which became one of the most widely read books in the conspiracy/disclosure genre, detailing alleged government cover-ups including MJ-12, the Kennedy assassination, and the suppression of free energy technology. Cooper's significance to UAP disclosure is twofold: he independently corroborated Naval Intelligence as the organizational home for ET-related classified programs (matching Bob Lazar's W-2 from the 'Department of Naval Intelligence' and the DNI/27 stamp on the alien interview tape), and he was killed by US Marshals at his home in Eagar, Arizona on November 5, 2001 — two months after 9/11. Cooper had predicted a major false flag attack months before September 11, 2001. Whether his claims are fully accurate or partially disinformation, his Naval Intelligence background is verified, his death was violent and state-administered, and his testimony adds a third independent data point connecting Naval Intelligence to extraterrestrial programs.
