Thomas Wilson

Vice Admiral who served as head of intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff (J-2) and later Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. In 1997, met with Steven Greer and astronaut Edgar Mitchell for approximately three hours. During that meeting, Wilson confirmed the existence of an illegally operating covert group possessing man-made UFOs that could 'do circles around' the B2 stealth bomber. He was personally threatened with demotion and forced retirement when he attempted to access these programs. The 'Wilson-Davis memo' — notes from a 2002 meeting between Wilson and physicist Eric Davis — leaked in 2019 and corroborated Greer's account. Wilson confirmed that even as J-2, the highest intelligence position on the Joint Staff, he was denied access to UAP programs run by defense contractors.
