Ran the UK Ministry of Defence's UFO desk (Secretariat Air Staff 2a) from 1991-1994, investigating UAP reports for the British government. Became a prominent public advocate for UAP transparency after leaving government. Author of 'Open Skies, Closed Minds.' Died April 6, 2026 at age 60 from stage IV esophageal cancer. His death came during the same period as David Wilcock's and the broader pattern of UAP-connected deaths.
