No known vehicle operates in all three domains. OBSERVABLE 5 — POSITIVE LIFT / ANTI-GRAVITY: Objects hovering indefinitely with no visible means of propulsion — no wings, no rotors, no exhaust, no downwash. Objects maneuvering in ways that suggest gravity is either negated or manipulated. The Tic Tac hovered at 50 feet over churning water with zero downwash effect.
