Electromagnetic Pulse Weapons: Downing ET Craft

Steven Greer claims that the United States has been using directed electromagnetic pulse (EMP) weapons to target, hit, and bring down extraterrestrial craft since at least the 1950s. Multiple members of his team have worked on projects operating these 'illegal electromagnetic pulse weapons.' Greer estimates between 1,000 and 2,000 ET craft have been downed over the decades using this technology. Captured extraterrestrial beings are reportedly tortured, interrogated, and often die in captivity — information Greer says he knows 'for a personal fact.' This claim reframes the crash retrieval narrative: rather than random crashes or accidents, many retrievals may be the result of deliberate hostile action against non-hostile visitors. Greer uses this to argue that from the ET perspective, humanity's most powerful technological faction IS hostile — but they distinguish between the covert programs and humanity at large, which they view as 'fundamentally good people.' If accurate, the scale (1,000-2,000 craft) suggests an ongoing war that the public is completely unaware of.
